they are still on. That's a side effect of that modification you did. If fogs are on and highs are on, lows are on as well.
With my Touring hyperwhites I blew two fuses with this setup already. I'm going back to stock... Unless someone has a way to keep lows/highs working stock (either one on means the other one is off) and making the fogs dependent only on the fog light switch.
